Returns
If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page and we'll walk you through the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away with photos of the issue so we can send a replacement or refund quickly.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
